Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or wrong item delivered.
The customer must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos as proof.
Products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or via UPI.
Exchange requests must also be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Change of mind or taste preference.
Opened or partially consumed products.
Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
